Today I started day 1 of my workout plan. My goal to drop my bodyfat down to between 15 and 18 percent and gain some muscle mass. Current weight - 159.6lbs Current BF% - 22.
Doing a 5 day a week workout (2 Days on 1 Day off Rotation) I am very excited about this plan!
Today is Core & Shoulders. I finished my workout with more energy and motivation than when I started. (As is usually the case)
