Day 1 of the Week

Monday is my pressing shoulder movements day. Since my spotter is out of town, I decided to do some variety, since it worked so well on Friday.
Hammer Strength Behind the Neck Press (plate loaded)
90 x 10
180 x 10
270 x 6 x 2
360 (8 plates)x 1/2.... Muscle failure big time. Guess I should have left out a set - LOL!
Wanted to hit the smith next, but some nerd was on it just hoggin' the hell out of it, so I moved on to Arnold Presses, which all moved really easily:
70 x 8
60 x 8
55 x 8
By this time, the Smith was open, and I moved to do some more presses. Only problem was, by this point, alot of my strength had already been used. Like Ron, I don't count the weight of the bar:
270 (6 plates) x 4 - positives
320 x 4 - top
180 x 6 - bottom
Military Press Machine:
200 x 12 (wide grip) - super set with
250 x 12 (narrow grip)
150 x 12 (wide)
200 x 10 (grip)
Overall, another really good day. But I can't wait until tomorrow - triceps, my favorite!!!!
