Monday-upper body
dumbbell bench press 3sets/8reps/25lb-30lb-35lb
bent over row 3 sets/8 reps/ 65lb
db shoulder press 3 sets/ 8 reps/ 25lb
lying tricep extension3 sets/ 8 reps/ 25lb
ezbar curl 3/sets 8 reps/ bar+20lb-bar+30lb-bar+30lb
took the fatty fat dogs for a walk 30 minutes
stuck to the eating plan pretty well. just couldnt eat all the eggs. vomit.
