I'm a highschool student, I run track but it doesn't seem to give me the results I wanted. So I signed up for this hoping it will get me in shape by this summer. Right now I''m 5'8" and 145 lbs. I thought if I joined this it woould give me some motivation and support to lose the weight. I want to lose at least 10 lbs by July 1st, thats possible right?
