Definitely need to find a way to increase weight for lower body barbell exercises. Tried using just the 45lb weight for deadlifts but I felt like I was sacrificing form because it hurt my back.
But I did ALL of the lunges without breaks!!! It was hard but not impossible. Proud of that.
