Day 10 A Change For The Better In A New Direction

Can hardly believe I have been able to keep with my plan. But it is working and I feel great. Was at the gym from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Worked on my Core, Back, Shoulders and Biceps for 30 minutes. Then did my Zumba Fitness for an hour. And since I was still very energetic and used the treadmill for an hour walked 2.7 miles
