Hello, happy Saturday! I was at the gym last night, only did 250 cals as I was short for time but I guess it's better than not going at all! Today I walked 3 miles and I may have had a coffee and a cheeky slice of cake, however, that ended up being my lunch and I've just had a really healthy dinner of baked turkey and peppers stuffed with brown rice and low fat cream cheese. In my past life as I used to have lattes most days but I now drink filter coffee with sweetner and no milk. So I won't deny myself the odd treat because I have made so many other changes, as long as I keep track of what I'm doing, I reckon a slice of pear and almond tart on a saturday afternoon following a week of really hard work in the gym and very healthy eating might just stop me going mad. Really excited about going swimming with the girls tomorrow night! Have a great weekend xx
