Day 11 of 90

So day 11 and I weighed in today. 104.4kg. Happy with the drop of 1.6kg.
Been cycling to and from work each day until yesterday when I agraviated a back injury and so need to keep clear of standing too long for a few days. Anti inflammorties popped so hopping Monday I can get back in it.
Diet has been spot on. We are following the Michelle Bridges plan (biggest looser Australia trainer) and its actually been really easy. Loads of flavour packed meals. We are actually making new and interesting thing.
I will post my first day and 11th day pics now. Loads of comments from work colleagues already.
