Day 11 Workout

Feeling good today!  =)


Getting back on track after taking two days off. Today's workouts are:

* 60min. The Next Challenge Workout with weights w/ Cindy and Radu
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee

would love to do more... if my energy level permits it.
