ok so i've been doing this workout DVD for the past few days and i'm gonna do it again today and i can tell it really works cause i got really sore and i'm slowly working out the soreness...but i've hit a plateau in my weight..do i just keep working at it till it goes down or what?? cause i forgot last time when i said i lost five pounds i did but i gained two back but now i'm at 161.8 and i lost 3 pounds in 8 days which is still great...but like i said i've hit a plateau in my weight but i still plan on working on it but i wanted to see what you guys thought about it all..
