Day 1/45 - Countdown to Vegas
Joined this site back in 2011, used it for awhile but now getting back to it. Heading to Vegas May 19th with a group of friends and my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday along with a few others. Hoping to continue to tone up my body, want to be in good bathing suit shape.
My plan of attack is to do cardio 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) along with weights 2x a week (Tuesday/Thursday). I wear a Fitbit and my goal is 10K steps a day.
I'd also like to work on consuming more water, right now my goal is 32 oz. a day.
