Day 18 Workout

Going to keep it simple today... not too strenous on the body.

* 3 or 4 mile power walk w/ Leslie Sansone or 30min. Treadmill easy walking
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee

and

*30min. Mindful Meditation this evening
