Today's workouts:


* 60min. The Next Challenge Workout with weights w/ Cindy and Radu
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee

later on...

hopefully I'll do a 30min. Treadmill brisk walk/jog
and mindful meditation for 30mins. this evening.

    Feels good to be back exercising after taking close to a week off due to neck and shoulder issues from overstraining them.

    60min. workout done! =D Now off to do my 20min. Yoga exercises after I hang upside down for a bit on the inversion table.
