Day 2 - 12 Week body build
Day 1 went quite well, it was legs today. Squats, Leg Press, Calves. I worked quite hard more on my form as opposed to lifting heavy, however I found form was ok and the weights certainly challenged me.
I did a 500m row in under 2 minutes, I just went for it knowing I was more concentrating on legs for today.
Day 2 was Cardio - initially I had pencilled in a climb of a mountain however with overnight rain and no climbing buddy I decided against it and headed to the gym for cardio. With my sleep in I missed the 545 class, however I rode a bike for 10m and then on the rowing machine again for a further 2 minutes. A solid calve stretch where I manged 10 reps at 115kg, then more stretching before hitting the bag. Pyramid from 10 - 1 right and left jabs, hooks was round 1. Into more stretching.
20 straights, 20 hooks, 20 uppers, 20 Elbows was round 2, and 10 medicine ball push ups each hand.
Round 3 was combinations. I threw in a few kicks, but the bag probably isnt built for that so I shelved that idea.
3 x 4 minute rounds with 1 minute of exercise 1 minute of rest in between.
I came home and took measurements as I had forgotten prior to yesterdays start day.
Left Bi - 36cm Right 38cm
Left and right quad 57cm
Left calve 43cm Right 44
Waist around belly button 113
Weight 108.5kg after breakfast.
