Ab crunch 3x15 reps 100lb each
Machine crunches set 1 15/100, set 2 15/115, set 3 15/130
Leg raises set 1 10/40, set set 2 10/40

machine pull downs set 1 10/75, & 10/90, set 2 16/85, set 3 14/70
Wide grip machine pull down set 1 20/45, set 2 16/42.5, set 3 14/35
Seated cable rows set 1 10/70, set 2 12/75, 12/80
