It's day 2 already, obviously no visible difference but I feel like I have more energy, getting up this morning was easier and when the rain came on earlier when I was outside I ran home (not far, was already walking) without thinking I was going to look ridiculous. Surely I'd have looked more ridiculous like a drowned rat?! I had the same breakfast i used to have which is a coffee and a bowl of cornflakes but I replaced my milk with skinny milk and sugar with a reduced sugar alternative. Just had a lovely salad for lunch, I had a naughty dressing but hey, it's better than a cheese burger!! Everything in moderation. Except cakes, definitely NO CAKES!! Blogging keeps me focussed, don't want to have to type that I fell off the wagon or skipped the gym or succumbed to a grande latte. Sorry for making everyone think about cakes and lattes :L have a great day people :) xx
