Just finished Day 2 of workout. I decreased my rest time between reps which definitely increased the intensity of this workout. Arms are killing me by the last rep and worked up a pretty good sweat but it feels good - great way to start the day! Push ups are definitely the hardest part of this workout for me - they always kill me - but I know it will be an amazing feeling when I notice they get easier to do. That's when I'll know for sure that I'm seeing results.
