so I did a 20 minute cardio then 40 minute ply metric workout, trying to aim for the abs legs and thighs. Feeling not to bad, drinking more water for sure. Didn't do a full body today, wasn't feeling it, but tomorrow for sure. Weight today: 124 pounds after work out
