Day 2

I started doing the at home exercise program on here yesterday! I am feeling sore today, but it is because I haven't really had any type of routine since about 2 years ago. I am very excited. I allready did my exercises for today but might do something later after work too. I am looking to find another workout or  DVD workout for something that I can do at home for extra work.

I need to lose fat in my midsection the most but would love to just get to the weight I was in highschool.  I thought I was big then, but wish I was that size now. I am 5'2'' and weigh about 230 lbs. I know there is no way that I would ever be 110 lbs  but to get to 150 or 160 would we awesome.

Can't wait for the next couple months to go by and see how well I will be doing!
