Day 2 consisted of 15 min hiit followed by 15 minutes of fast pace walking

leg curl 12/50 12/60 12/70
standing calf raise 12/30 12/40/ 10/40
abs
lying leg raise 3*15
swiss ball 3*15
went well. i pulled my hamstring last summer and the stiff leg dl aggravates it pretty bad. will have to take it easy till i can build it up.
food is still going well. having trouble eating my last meal/would rather sleep.. :)
