Day 2 and depressed
today is day 2 and i have decided to do three alternating days a week strength training which was surprisingly easy yesterday.... and three alternating days a week of "cardio".... the only thing is i can't do a lot.... all i can do is walk due to my health..... and that doesn't seem to get my heart rate to where it needs to be.... also there is no gym near where i live (at least that i know of).... and walking outside is dangerous (i live right next to a major highway).... and i am in south louisiana.... its HOT outside..... so i do walking videos i find online.... they say they are at least 5 mph and i do 4-5 miles..... it makes my joints hurt with the aerobics moves (side steps, kick backs, and especially knee lifts).... but i just don't get out of breath.... and like i said i don't feel like my heart rate is where it should be.... i need advice before i lose my motivation and quit...... HELP!!!!!!
