100 crunches
100 twist crunches (50 on each side)
2 min leg lifts
sets of 15, 12, 10
shoulder shrugs (45lb)
bent over barbell rows (50lb)
dumbell rows (30 lb) (could move up 5 tor next go)
arnold dumbell presses (20lb) (could barely make 2nd set, didnt do third, go down next time?)
seated lat raises (20lb)
front raises (20lb)
I know, impressive stats, please, try not to be too intimidated.
