Day 2: Dancers body 30 day challenge
Todays a new day! Happy to report feeling great after my workout yesterday and feeling highly motivated to get my workout on today! I came across a dancers body challenge yesterday. So I'm going to do the challenge for 30 days. Some people have actually reported losing 3 1/2 pounds a week while shedding inches and flattening their bellies. And getting a lean toned body sounds good to me! I've always been one who retains that stubborn pudge on the front of my belly. It consistes of working 5 days a week sometimes doing the ballet program sometimes just cardio and one day a week doing both. My cardio will be an intense yoga workout I've been doing a couple times a week. So stay tuned and lets drop those stubborn pounds and shed those unneccessary inches. Peace & Love my friends!
