Day 2- Feeling Great!
Feeling much better today! Much more motivated than yesterday!
I've realized to have this motivation, I need to get it over with first thing in the morning. My will power is so much stronger in the morning. I'm doing the At- Home workout, plus going to the gym (only elliptical, for cardio) and I'm feeling fantastic and ready to start my new life!
Also, I'm doing this blindly, I do not own a scale (or want one) so I'm just going off the motivation of how great I feel after I workout!
My diet is going really good, too. I'm hopeful!
