Day 2 of the heavy

I was pretty happy with these numbers last night, again considering it's been so long; especially with the deadlifts, because, even though I can't go past the knees, I haven't done them in about 5/6 years, I was very happy with the results!
Deadlifts off the rack:
135 x 8
225 x 4
315 x 6
Dips HS:
180 x 8
315 x 8
360 x 8
270 x 8
Dips:
BW x 8 x 3
supersetted with
Cable Extensions (rope attachment)
100 x 8
80 x 8
70 x 10
Incline Dumbbell Curls (each arm):
35 x 6
40 x 4
30 x 6
Abs
Tomorrow's going to be tough. I usually work out at night, but tomorrow (because I'm going to be out all day) I have to hit the gym at about 6am! UGH! I havent done that in about 10 years...... YUCK! Oh well - survive, adapt, overcome!
