GREAT tricep day! Went up on almost all of my lifts and reps from last week, and felt even stronger!
Machine Tricep Extensions (warm-up)

Close Reverse Grip Bench Press

Behind the Neck Dumbbell Extensions
120 x 8
110 x 8
Hammer Strength Plate loaded Dips
450 x 6 (10 plates)
360 x 8

Regular Dips s/s with Rope attachment Cable Extensions
Bodyweight x 8
150 x 8 (I forgot to check last weeks log, and added 30 lbs to this set, thinking to myself “Damn this seems heavy!” but I did it quite easily.)
BW x 8
100 x 8 (dropped it to my normal second set after that first set screw up!)
By this time, my triceps were toast (since I went up in everything), so I dropped the last set, stretched out, and moved to biceps…
Incline Dumbbell Curls
50 x 5 each side
45 x 6
35 x 6
Okay, poke my arms with a fork – they’re done!!!!
