Okay - Just gonna say it once - holy crap my legs are sore.

Week one, day 2 upper body, horizontal dominant

Warm-up elliptical and push-ups

A Incline BB Press 115X8, 125X6, 135X4, 115X10

B Bentover BB row 135X8, 145X6, 155X45, 135X10

C1 Wide grip bench press to neck 115X10, 115X10, 135X8, 135X7

C2 Seated row to low ab 90X10, 90X10, 100X9, 110X8

D1 Decline triceps extension w/ ez curl bar 45X12, 55X8, 55X7, 55X7

D2 Barbell curls 45X12, 55X8, 55X8, 55X8

E Wide upright row - cable 45X15, 50X12, 50X12

Cardio on elliptical 20 minutes light.
