Day 2 Week 1 again

Worked all night last night, got up today at noon and worked out with a cup of coffee.
Chest, Triceps, Forearms, Abdonminals.
Incline Dumbell Fly 12x15, 12x17.5, 10x20, 12x25 lbs.
Dumbell Flat Bench Presses 12x30, 12x30, 10x30, 12x35 lbs.
Lying Triceps Extensions 12x45, 12x45, 10x45, 8x45 lbs.
Dips Behind the Back (Body Weight) 5, 10, 10, 8 "OMG! I hate these."
Crunches (BW) 15, 15, 15
Leg Raises (BW) 15, 15, 15
Seated Twists (BW) 15, 15, 15
Don't have the time to do Cardio, will have to do a little extra walking at work tonight.
Over all I'm happy with the work out and tightness in the muscles. Constantly find myself stretching to ease the pain. And "I HATE DIPS!"
