Day 20 Workout

Today's workouts:

*60min. The Next Challenge Workout with weights w/ Cindy and Radu
*20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
*Inversion Table upside down hanging for a few minutes

and later on this evening...

hopefully will do some Mindful Meditation for 30 minutes for a better night sleep.

    I must make the time to do Mindful Meditations... so important to do these. Ten or thirties minutes of my time. I can do this!
