Day 25 of 90

So day 25 and I've hot double digits. Today's weigh in - 99.9kg. It was a goal for this week so I am pumped that I made it.
The week it was - Good start, riding to and from work each day. Did have 3 days away at a resort with the family. My only treat, a few glasses of wine. We have been going to this resort for years now and even through it was raining (and its focused soley around a massive pool) the entire time, we skipped our usual cheeses, crackers and dips washed down with many beers. Wasn't that hard actually. Found soda, fresh lime and mint a good replacement.
So the coming 2 weeks will be a big challenge for me. In 2 days we depart on a 9 night cruise so have already thought out the plan of attack. Eat balances, regular and small portions. Limit alcohol and be realalistc and allow a couple of treats. Goal - come back weighing no more than when I left.
I'll update my pic later today. I can really feel the results now in my clothes, my energy levels, my quality if sleep, my moods - loving it!!
