Feeling stressed, tired, and moody. Going to take it easier on myself for day 27th workouts.
Today's Workouts:
*Yoga w/ Rodney Yee
*Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
*Mindful Meditation

do a 3 mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone

Did a little bit of Mindful Meditation yesterday but did miss out on day 27 workouts. But today going to get started on day 28 exercises! =) So I miss days... I have the rest of my life to get in the best shape of my life. =D
