Dumbell flat press: 12x70, 6x80, 6x90, 5x90, 4x90
Dumbell incline press: 12x70, 6x80, 5x80, 4x70

Calves:
Standing one leg calf raise: 1 set 14, 3 sets 10

Abs:
Leg raises: 15 x 2
Twisting crunches: 15/side x 2
Hanging leg raises: 15 x 2
Hanging oblique tucks: 15/side x 2
