Day 2...squats, sqauts and more squats, oh, and then MORE squats

Good thing we love to squat! I did feel a little iffy with the sumo squats (although I can't say where I felt it he he). I had to drop my weight from 95 to 65 for the first two sets, then bumped it up to 75 for the last set. The sissy's we did by wrapping a jacket/towel around a pole and holding on to with both hands while we leaned back. It worked well, except I wouldn't be able to hold on to a weight and do that. Not sure at what point I'll be comfortable holding a weight anyway...takes some coordination.
Here's the story:
10 warmup squats of each type
Barbell squats: 15x95,12x95,10x95,8x105
Sumo Squats: 12x65,10x65,8x75
Sissy squats: no added weight, 12,10,8
Front squats: 12x55,10x65,8x65
Finished earlier than expected so got in some stretching. The workout wasn't as grueling as I'd feared. Just about right.
