This was the soonest I was able to input Friday's workout, which really rocked by the way! I made one screw up in the beginning by starting with the Smith instead of the HS; when I realized my mistake, I switched, figuring that my strength would be diminished by then. Wrong answer...

Incline Bench (Smith)
90 x 8
180 x 8

Hammer Strength Incline Bench Press(Plate Loaded)
270 x 8
360 x 6 (only did 3 last time! Felt like I could've done 8, but wanted to conserve strength for finsihing up on the Smith.)

Incline Bench (Smith)
360 x 4 positives (8 plates)
270 x 8 positives
180 x 10 bottoms

Side Delts Dumbbell raises supersetted with Front delts
30 x 8; 30 x 6
25 x 8; 25 x 6
20 x 10; 20 x 8

Upright Rows
150 x 10
140 x 10
120 x 10

Rear Delt (pec dec)
150 x 10
130 x 10
100 x 10

Overall, pretty grueling. Went up in either weight or reps where I needed to. Now, we'll see how tomorrow adds up...
