so today is day three and seeing as i do alot of leg stuff anyway and my legs are extremly musclar i switched to doing just the upper body and core stuff. it went pretty well and i did above what i was supposed to do(not by much though) im still feeling good about all this and feeling motivated! i want to look better and i wont give up
