Hello cyber fitness people!
got off to a slow start but I am slowly building up. Yesterday went to aqua aerobics and it was really tough but I got through it.  Monday starting on the exercise plan that this site has provided for me hopeful I can muster up some motivation to get through that. What has also been really difficult was cutting down on my portion size, but I did it!! Cut out all the snacking and unhealthy foods and been eating relatively well ( for a student anyway!)
hope all of you have stayed on track also!! 
We can do it!
