Day 3 arms abs and 30 mins on treadmill. Hubby kept up pretty good but wanted to try everything. Tomorrow he'll be more disciplined. I'm realizing that working out is a natural appetite suppressant
Already lost 2 lbs since Saturday. I feel really good about this. :)
