I combined arms and chest exercises today since I didn't go to the gym on Thurs of last week. It was a frustrating day - I am not familiar with a lot of the names of the upper body exercises, even though the exercises themselves are familiar...so when my phone wouldn't load the tutorial photos, I really didn't know what exercise I was supposed to be doing. Guess I'll need to be sure to print the exercise sheets off, with pictures of the movements I'm less familiar with. Digital fail.
However, I have to say I love the staff at my gym. They are always willing to help out, point you to the right machine, or give you tips if you ask for them. I LOVE that they don't make me uncomfortable about not knowing everything right now.
And I have to say that even though I skipped one tricep exercise and two bicep exercises today, I think the workout will still be effective. I'm not actually sure at this point that I'm going to be able to lift my arms high enough to wash my hair, lol!
