Yeah i'm not doing these exercises today. Well at least not right now, maybe later. I'm just too upset right now to want to be anywhere near the other people in this house and exercising means being near them. I also hate being near them on football game days which is today because I hate when suddenly they all start yelling and screaming at the tv as if they really are at the game.....our neighbors have mentioned they can hear them in their own homes! I hate loud noises so I avoid going out of my room on game days....maybe i'll go for a walk instead. At least then I can get some exercise. I just don't know where I'll go.
