Day 3!

Day 3 here we come, went to bed at 10pm but was kept awake by neighbours music till 1am! bugger* thus did not get up to 7am alarm, slept till 9.30am thus running behind schedule... quite sore from yesterday thus going to run to the moana pool (after class) and do 1 hour recovery swim session... 
Need to get fruit and veges after class from vege boys so i dont end up buying expensive crappy food! 
Had 2 wheet bix and a banana with soy milk for breaky, have osm bar and oaty biscuits for lunch coupled with (hopefully) fruit from vege boys :)
Dependant upon feeling after swimming will do workout also :)
