Day 3

Today is my day 3! I have worked out for 3 consecutive days, and I've been in ketosis since yesterday morning. I'm on my way to a nice body and a healthier life. I've been pretty proud of myself! Yesterday I was so close to cheating... My husband, and two of our friends went down to the river and grilled beer brats, me nor my hubby can have the bun due to our diets. Well, when no one was looking, I took two big bites of the bread, chewed it to get the flavor and then spit it out. I just wanted the flavor. I didn't want that in my body, but it's only day 3 of no carbs and my crave for something other than meat is strong. Lol. I need some pasta or bread in my life. I'm not an over weight person, I just have low self discipline when it comes to food!! I love to eat!! Yesterday when I woke up I could tell that running those two miles the previous day made me VERY sore, but I pushed though and I did another two miles yesterday!! I plan on doing it again today! My abs, legs, and arms are sore from working out, as my body is surely not used to doing this much work. My plan is to stick with it 7 days a week and make sure I get the acid out of my muscles!! My motivation so far has been looking at instgram models and thinking, "I would love to look like that, I want to be super sexy and strong!!"
