Day 3 A Change For The Better In A New Direction

Today was a very good day. I felt like I had more gumption. I worked on my Core and Legs at the gym. I also did a half hour on the stationary bike doing hills. Almost 5 miles in distance. Plus I went and took care of get my medical insurance. And was approved. Yeah. And I am having salad 🥗 for dinner yum.
