Day 3 - Still Waking up

As many as possible for 20 minutes. I think I did 7 rounds + an extra 250 row - but I may be wrong. I don't think well under duress; my main mission was to beat the boys..... and that I did.
I was exhausted yesterday - every muscle in my body was screaming at me. It was definitely time for a rest night so I decided to cut out the PM workout and just lay on the couch with my cats, cup of tea, and a good book. Tonight will be difficult to fit in a workout but I intend to at least get in a home workout.
