Smith machine squats: 10x115, 8x135, 6x155, 6x165
Straight leg barbell deadlifts: 10x60, 8x80, 8x90, 6x90, 6x90

Abs:
Hanging leg raises: 25x 2sets
Hanging obique tucks: 25 x 2sets per side
Leg raises: 25x2 sets
twisting crunches: 25 x 2 sets per side
