Day 30 Workout

Feeling good today. I've been quite busy today with my father's birthday and Christmas baking. I'll try to make time for at least one exercise but hopefully I do them all.

Day 30 Workouts are:

* 3 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee ((maybe))
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes

and

* 10-30mins.  Mindful Meditation (must try to keep up with this!)

    3 Mile Power Walk ~ done! Inversion Table hangind ~ done! Some stretching and 20 girly push-ups done! Now off to do my 20min. Yoga with Rodney. =)
