day 33... chest, calves, and abs

Warm up: 8 min bike
Chest
Incline dumbell presses: 12x70, 6x80, 5x80, 4x80 (can go up in weight next time around)
Flat dumbell presses: 12x80, 6x90, 5x90,4x90 (might try to go up in weight next time)
Incline dumbell flys: 12x40, 7x45, 7x50, 5x60 (will go up in weight here)
Machine standing calf raises: 10x140, 10x180, 10x180, 10x180
Abs:
Hanging leg raises: 25x2
Hanging oblique tucks 25/each side x 2
Leg raises: 25x2
Twisting crunches: 25/side x 2
Still got this bloody cold, and I'm sure Halloween festivities tonight wont help...
