Leg extensions: 10x90, 8x105, 6x120, 6x120
Leg Presses: 10x167.5, 8x175, 6x187.5, 6x200
Dumbell Straight leg deadlift: 10x60, 8x80, 6x80, 6x80

Abs:
Crunches: 20x2
Seated twists: 25x2
Incline crunches: 15x4

I hate Canadian weather... Calgary: Fri. 35, Sat. 50, Sun 55, mon 55, tues 30... Can't shake this cold
