Warm bike 7 min, 2.6 miles

Back:
Deadlifts: 10x145, 8x155, 6x165, 6x175
Widegrip pulldowns: 10x100, 8x115, 6x130, 6x130
Machine as. Chins: 10x-100, 8x-90, 6x-80

Forearms:
Seated reverse wrist curls: 10x20, 10x25, 10x25

Abs:
Crunchs: 25x, 20x
Seated twists: 26x, 26x
Incline crunches: 15x2... 15x2 weighted 10pounds

Cold slowing dying, can't wait for tomorrows day of rest though
