Day 37 Workout

Today's exercises are:
* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 15min. Daily Definition " Cardio " w/ Jaime Brenkus
and
* 2-5 minutes of Mindful Meditation ( I shorten the duration so I will stick to it)
Feeling stronger everytime I do my workouts! =)

Was very busy yesterday... so I didn't get to do any of these scheduled exercises.
