Warm 7min bike

Triceps:
Decline extensions: 10x45, 8x50, 6x55, 6x60
Lying extensions: 10x45, 8x55, 6x60, 6x65

Biceps:
Dumbell preacher curls: 10x25, 8x27.5, 6x30, 6x30
Standing barbell curls: 10x65, 8x70, 6x70, 6x70
